"i have ordered three times from this…"
i have ordered three times from this site and ABSOLUTELY LOVE! ive been wearing my necklace through summer.. winter... fake tan and perfume and its just lovely.
My friend bought me a layer necklace for christmas and noticed that my old necklace had tarnished (expected as worn it PRACTICALLY 24/7 for 12 months!) i reached out ask what they would suggest or what i could do, and they have so kindly sent me a necklace complimentary. THE BEST EXPERIENCE.

"I’ve ordered many items from Missoma…"
I’ve ordered many items from Missoma before and everything has arrived perfectly. The items look exactly how they do on the website and social media- in fact, probably even nicer in real life and it is such good quality. My most recent order had difficulties with the courier as they failed to deliver my item. Luckily, Missoma’s customer service team were extremely quick to react and very apologetic. It was sorted out quickly and the customer service team went above and beyond to fix this issue. Wish I could buy the entire website!
