I’ve ordered from missoma twice now both times the jewellery has been really lovely. The clasps feel sturdy, the stones are set neatly, and nothing feels cheap or flimsy at all. I’ve been wearing my necklace loads and it still looks fab, so yeah, chuffed with it.

My order from Missoma arrived exactly as I placed it, which I really appreciated. The pieces and sizes were all correct, and everything matched the order email with no mix-ups. The only annoying part was that the communication around the order wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening. Still, the order itself was spot on and I’d probably shop with them again.

I ordered it after my brother mentioned he’d had a good experience, and I was surprised it arrived the very next day. Really happy with how quick it was.

I wear mine pretty much every day and it never feels heavy or annoying. The whole process was super easy too, which made the experience even better.

Shipping took a little longer than I expected though... the tracking didn’t update for a few days, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service did reply when I reached out, and everything arrived fine in the end. I’d order again, just probably not if I needed something super quickly.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake, but the exchange was easy and took maybe a few minutes to sort out. Support got back to me quickly too, probably within an hour or so. Overall, no hassle and way less stressful than I expected

I’m really happy with my Missoma pieces. To me, the pearls look smooth and lovely, definitely not cheap, and the stones have such a colour in person. I’ve already worn them a few times and they still look great. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was so excited when I opened it because the necklace is really and looks great on. But then I picked up the chain and felt a bit let down, it’s thinner than I expected and doesn’t feel super strong. I still like wearing it, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel a little sturdier.

I’ve been wearing my missoma chain and small hoops most days for around 6 months now, and they’ve had a lot of use. I’ve worn them out in the rain and definitely forgotten to take them off before showering more than once.

They still haven’t left any green marks or gone that weird dull colour some jewellery gets. They look pretty much the same as when they arrived, which really surprised me in the best way.

The whole experience has been smooth from the start, and the pieces have been easy to look after too. I just give them a quick wipe every now and then, nothing special, and I’m really happy with how well they’ve held up.

My ears are sensitive, and usually after a few hours earrings start itching or getting red. I tried a pair from Missoma and actually wore them all day with no issues at all. No weird reaction, no soreness, and they feel really light too. I’m really happy with them and will probably grab another pair soon

From there, it was all sorted really smoothly, which isn’t always how these things go in my experience. They arranged the replacement without making it difficult, and it made the whole thing feel stress free. I’d definitely buy from them again
